Denial of cert is only a refusal of discretionary review. It does NOT say the claims are wrong or the conduct is lawful. It simply leaves citizens with no court willing to decide the merits.

Did you know there is religious cult in Boulder Colorado? They own a restaurant called yellow deli on pearl street mall in Boulder. They also have a large compound and land in Boulder where the members live and stay.
RJ McCarthy told a story how he met someone name Josh and went to eat at yellow deli. He spent the night in the back of the building and in the morning 3 men told him he can stay at their compound and eat. They were singing about yesheua and they had meetings every night he refused to attend. Afte the 9th day they told him he needs to leave and dropped him off back in downtown Boulder.
He said all the man has long beards and most people were wearing white robes.

This should be a huge National Story, especially with Jena Griswold involved. Heres how it went down.
Democrats tried to gerrymander the vote for the COCO TRAIN and passed SB26-172 in May that cut the rail tax district from 4.4 million people to 2.6 million, dropping Conservative Cities while keeping friendlier cities they thought would vote for it. But they sent out the wrong maps and the ballots were never updated.
Now Jena Griswold’s plan is to count 7A only inside that SB26-172 map, ignore the mark on ineligible ballot styles, and hand-review Bow Mar and Sterling Ranch, where the style cannot tell voters apart.
Does anyone trust that this is going to be done correctly? And did anyone know they can set tabulators to ignore votes of certain people on certain issues? Your can of pumpkin puree is squash. Libby's grows and cans a tan, oblong variety from the butternut family and labels it 100% pure pumpkin.
That's legal, and FDA has said so in writing since 1938. Their compliance guide tells canners the agency will not take action against the word pumpkin on anything made from golden fleshed, sweet squash. Pumpkin has no real botanical definition and it's a word for certain types of squash.
The variety is called Dickinson, the same species as butternut, and Libby's grows it by the thousands of acres around its cannery in Morton, Illinois.
Libby's makes about 85% of the canned pumpkin in the country and doesn't hide any of this. Nestle's own harvest release names the variety and says outright that pumpkin is a form of squash.
