Final preparations are underway for the start of a new war involving the United States, Israel, and Iran. In recent days, the IRGC has conducted large-scale exercises across the country, including test launches of ballistic missiles and drones, drills that are still ongoing, Israel, too, is taking corresponding measures, with the Israeli Air Force carrying out training sorties over Iraq and Syria almost every night since last week. Furthermore, locals in Israel have sent me photographs showing the movement of air defense batteries, including David's Sling, THAAD, and Iron Dome, across the country, much like the activity observed in the days leading up to February 28th. At the moment, however, CENTCOM's naval force does not yet appear to be fully assembled, the USS George H.W. Bush has returned following a stop in Thailand, bringing the number of aircraft carriers in the Arabian Sea back to two, meanwhile, the USS Theodore Roosevelt remains near Japan and is scheduled to arrive in Yokosuka tomorrow morning, meaning it will not reach the Middle East until at least the end of October. Another concerning development is highlighted in a report from the Jerusalem Post today, which states that Iran has warned Hezbollah to prepare for war with the U.S. and Israel, as Iranian officials fully expect an attack to occur in the coming weeks.
