My bestfriend was murdered, had her head blown off by a shotgun, by her so-called common-law husband infront of their non-verbal autistic son on their other sons 19th bday. He was the prime suspect but was never arrested. Months went by, he was arrested.. part 1

This is horrible! Time to change the young offenders act. Young offenders are becoming more violent as they know nothing will be done to them. They did shit down a bunch of juvenile detention centres the last few years.
