I ordered the new Tomodachi Life game from @gamestop and paid 10.99 for same day delivery. Its supposed to arrive by 8pm and the email said they would send me the tracking info once it shipped. Well its 1hour until 8 and I still havent received a tracking number.
I looked it up online and apparently this is common because they just offer it up for delivery companies like doordash but they dont offer any tip. So no drivers accept the delivery and it just sits there for days. Whats the 10.99 for delivery if none of it goes to the driver?
And apparently requests to refund the extra delivery charge are denied. What a horrible business practice all around, @gamestop. I dont usually shop there because its inconvenient, only did so because I wanted it today.
