AWS is all like #ThisIsFine with #S3 us-east-1 being down again.
Looking into an issue with Amazon S3. @awscloud has yet to acknowledge the issue but a quick twitter search indicates something is going on

Asset playback should be restored to normal functionality. We are still waiting on AWS to restore new asset publishing functionality.
From AWS: "We continue to work on recovery for adding new objects to S3 and expect to start seeing improved error rates within the hour."
