Car wash owners, one bogus "new scratch" claim can cost you thousands.
Cameras at your entrance record every side of each car as it pulls in, so you have the footage to settle damage claims fast. They also give vandals and thieves a reason to move along after hours.

Your cameras, your footage, your call. So why pay a monthly fee to watch them?
We install Reolink systems that store video on your own recorder, use AI to flag people and vehicles instead of every shadow, and send alerts worth checking. No subscription and no surprise bill.

Your 4K cameras shouldn't fill your storage in a week.
H.265 compression keeps footage just as sharp as H.264 at a fraction of the file size, so you hold more days of video without buying more drives.

What happens to your cameras when the cloud goes down?
During a major Amazon outage, more than 4,200 Ring users lost live view and recordings for about 6 hours. For a small business, that's six hours with no eyes on the register, the stockroom, or the back door.
Hardwired systems that record on site keep running when the internet doesn't.

That bargain doorbell camera might be watching more than your front door.
Some cheap models sold by major retailers have security flaws that can let hackers see your footage or even take control of the device. For a business, that's a real privacy and liability risk.

The camera over the exit looked fine in July. Then the holiday endcap went up, and now it mostly records the top of a display.
The holidays put pressure on every part of a store at once: busy exits, packed stockrooms, seasonal staff, and a receiving door that keeps getting propped open. Our guide walks through where those gaps tend to show up and how to plan cameras and door controls before Black Friday, not after.

You know the building needs better cameras. The hard part is getting the budget past the people who sign off.
Approval comes down to numbers they care about, like loss prevention, liability, and what one incident would really cost. Our guide walks through building a case that gets a yes.

The camera was right there, and the footage still missed the one thing you needed to see.
A bad angle, a pole in the way, glare, or one camera stretched over too much ground can all leave a blind spot nobody notices until something happens. Our guide covers the most common placement mistakes and how to avoid them.

Daytime footage should be in color. If it’s still black and white at noon, something’s off.
Infrared staying on, old firmware, or a dirty lens are the usual suspects. Our guide walks through the quick checks before you rip the camera off the wall.

Green light on the keypad. Door unlocks. Nobody dug for a keyring.
That’s the point of modern access control: who gets in, when, and what happens next (lock, notify, pull video) without juggling five apps. Our guide covers PDK access control tied into smarter building automation.

Your cameras are recording. The question is where that footage actually lives.
Cloud storage skips the on-site server. You get remote access and room to grow without buying more hardware. Physical storage keeps the recordings under your roof, with remote access still available when you want it, and a lot of teams prefer that control for peace of mind.
Neither one wins for every building. The better fit depends on how you review footage, how long you keep it, and how much of the system you want on your own network.

A quote for cameras is only as good as the layout behind it. Vague drawings tend to mean blind spots, the wrong doors on credentials, and installs that get redone once someone actually walks the site.
Our website has a free Camera Site Layout Planner for that. Upload a floor plan, place cameras and access control on the drawing, tweak coverage, download a PNG for your team, then send that layout with your quote request so everyone starts from the same picture of the building.
It does not replace a site survey. It just means the conversation starts from your doors and hallways, not a blank page.

A metal detector only screens the door people actually walk through. What about the side door, the loading dock, and that gap in the fence?
If you screen every day at a courthouse, school, or corporate lobby, buying with permanent installation lets you plan the screening point into your cameras, doors, and power from day one. If you screen just for events, renting usually fits better, and it's a good way to test a layout before you commit.
Either way, the detectors are one piece of the plan. Cameras should cover the lines, the lane exits, and every spot where someone could slip around screening. Access control should keep every other door locked so nobody can get around the lanes from inside the building.
CameraSecurityNow.com can help you work out whether renting or buying fits your site, and how it ties into the cameras and access control you already have.
