The Court of Session's was interesting to watch. I get the impression that the judiciary are being forced to be involved in a British state cover up. The criminal trial against Alex Salmond ended in a "Not Guilty" verdict.
Woman H lied to the court by claiming she was at a social event at Bute House but witnesses said she was not there. Her claim of an attempted rape was proven to be untrue. So why has she been protected and not charged with perjury? It brings the the justice system into disrepute.
Today during the appeal it has been made clear that the witnesses are in a small group of people. This surely is helping the public to identify the Alphabet women? In fact if the court upholds the appeal then it proves the witnesses are closely linked to the Scottish Government Ministers. Otherwise the Scottish Government Ministers wouldn't be trying to hide evidence. Either way this is undermining the publics trust in the justice system.

They have decided not to fill a vacancy on the Board of the Scottish Land Commission @ScottishLandCom and instead to reduce the number of members from 5 to 4. Ministers do not have the legal power to do this.
