She was referring to the absurd and frankly pathetic promise that Trump made at the Republican convention last night to send $5,000 to every adult American if his party holds the House and Senate in the midterm elections. It represents a blatant attempt to bribe voters because Republicans are too unpopular to win fairly. Crucially though, Trump lacks the power to unilaterally spend the $1.3 trillion it would take to implement a program. This would be just another broken promise in a long string of broken promises. Not surprisingly, Trump was unable to provide an explanation for why he doesn't just send the checks now. "Because they can't— I'll tell you what," he said. "Because the Democrats can't do it. Because with them it's negative growth. With us it's so positive. So we're taking in $21 trillion. Nobody— No country's ever taken in anywhere near that. It's four, five times higher than the next— All because of that beautiful word that you and I love more than most other: tariffs." With the Democrats it's negative growth? What does that even mean? What the hell is the President talking about? This is incomprehensible rambling and it's a result of two factors. One, Trump knows that his supporters are so gullible and brainwashed that he no longer has to provide them with real explanations or policy proposals. BREAKING: PAYBACK! Journalist Maggie Haberman hits Trump right where it hurts by going on TV after his attack and bluntly declaring: “There is no polling where this President is popular." "Let's put it that way," Haberman added after dropping her pitch-perfect soundbite. “And there is no polling where he is not in trouble on the issue of affordability." Haberman, who writes for The New York Times, made the remarks during an appearance on CNN’s “The Source” with Kaitlan Collins. The anchor had just brought up a stunning CNN poll that shows Trump with a net approval rating of -32 points. The Republican Party has a similarly awful net favorability rating of -21 points. "I will note that, repeatedly, the word 'affordability' was used at his Oval Office event today on healthcare, despite him repeatedly saying it’s a hoax," said Haberman. "This is the kind of thing that Republicans who are in these districts that are embattled do not want to be dealing with." These are undeniable facts that Haberman has presented. Trump is underwater with the American people because his disastrous Iran War has devastated the global economy and he seems completely uninterested in finding solutions. Instead, he's fixated on his ballroom and renaming bodies of water. It's not the content of Haberman's remarks that is most noteworthy, it's the fact that she boldly went on television so soon after Trump launched a deeply deranged attack against her. Last Friday, he penned a lengthy Truth Social post calling her "Maggot Hagerman" and smeared her reporting as fake news. He even insulted her physical appearance, calling her "an unattractive person both inside and out." A lot of reporters would have recoiled from the spotlight after being targeted by the most powerful, vindictive man in the world. BREAKING: HOLY SH*T! A prominent psychologist reveals that Trump appears to have had a partial seizure in the middle of a speech — and it's crickets from the mainstream media! This should be front page news... “For the past few months, I have been showing various neurological concerns and some steep signs of decline from President Trump, but what we're going to start with today is extremely concerning,” said John Paul Garrison, a respected clinical and forensic psychologist. He was referring to footage of Trump's speech at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Texas last Friday during which the President seemed incapable of controlling strange twitches and body spasms in addition to struggling to find the right words. “What you just observed was a distinct and concerning neurological event, and you got to watch it cross both hemispheres in his brain. I'll explain what I mean,” Garrison said. “You saw his right arm jerk, and then you saw him blink, you heard his voice hesitate, and then you saw his left arm jerk," he continued. "You literally watched it travel across his brain. To be very clear, these were not simple muscle spasms; this is not something related to pain. You don't see any pain on his face. You actually watch it travel from one arm, to his eyes, to his voice, to his left arm.” Drilling down into specifics, Garrison speculated that Trump may have suffered from what's called a "focal aware seizure" which is a briefer, less severe form of seizure. “Now, what this is very consistent with is something that we see in people that have had strokes called a focal aware seizure or a focal motor seizure, and this can be focused in one part in the brain, and occasionally, it can spread to both parts of the brain,” explained Garrison. “I'm not insisting that's what's going on with him, but it is clearly something neurological, whether it's post-stroke or something else," he added. Garrison also said that Trump's pathetic attempt to rename Lake Ontario to "Lake America" is likely related to the "neurological problems" he's experiencing. "Something that we see in general with people that are having neurological issues, whether it's dementia, sometimes in post-stroke behavior, the ability to make decisions, the ability to use good judgment, sometimes that goes away," said Garrison. "The idea that Trump is trying to create a hostile relationship with Canada is unbelievable and I do think that's all related to the inability to think through these situations in a coherent way," he added. Clearly, Trump is suffering from some kind of neurological issue. This possible seizure is just the latest in a long string of bizarre incidents. He regularly gets confused while speaking, falls asleep during high-profile Oval Office meetings, and is increasingly acting erratically, even by his insane standards.
