the ECB wants companies testing digital euro payments in 2027. last november I paid my brother in law over lightning while he sat on a beach in indonesia and it landed before my whatsapp did. what exactly are they still testing?

every time I show someone a lightning payment they're blown away. Not by the tech, by the money just arriving, that's how low the banks have set the bar

The smoke movement is 100% based in the true physical world. No ai or computer sim can generate such fidelity.

I've been in AAA Game dev for almost 9 Years, bug reports are like massive red alarms and we all figure out what happens and have to report our solutions and findings whenever we want to fix it, 0 repro steps = shooting in the dark and waisting time + money. So why does "bitcoin is a scam", zero explanation, still make the front page at the legacy media outlets, does no one actually check their fucking work?

Toen dit 1x gebeurde, ben ik gelijk overgestapt naar Bitcoin, nooit meer last van dit soort zielige censuur.

Tranforming and improving an idea is bad advice? I should listen more to you I guess...

You've never used a tutorial, gdc talk, reference image, reference design mechanic and made it better? That's literally how all ideas form, nothing is original everything is just a marginal increase of the former. But hey i atleast gave the author some help and thoughts, instead of bashing on someone who helps others. Nice mindset

As a AAA game developer i feel like this the last drop in the bucket for standard triple diget budget games. Sure you can copyright claims clear clones, but propertiery tools your studio has made or engine modifications that have helped shape how you and the team have made digital worlds are now all up for grabs. Its even being dicusssed in meetings ive been apart of, oh shall we maybe play this game and decompile how they made or did y? If that happens to all games, what even is making games going to be in 5-10yrs by what's left? I see too many student reels with the same garbage cghow tutorials showcased on portfolio and not learning strong fundamentals, this just makes game a stronger incestious loop. Because if you don't decompile from others you'll be compared as less good by audiences

I love that you're doing this, but honestly you could definitely with the power of AI make some your anims feel much smoother, especially if you show them in upclose shots.

@Marijenburg probably smartest and most cost effective is if you guy some AI marketing wizard genius 10% commission on anyone that buys your game via wishlist link that he sends to the world, idk infinite amount of ways but your game is awesome and I follow you because you made it

First have AI do competitor research, then just transform and improve upon their marketing ideas. especially any viral UGC type post is probably your target audience.

Use AI to market the shit out of your game only way to beat the clanker thiefs, beat fire with fire.
