The fact that more than 50 former high-ranking intelligence officials came out to say the Hunter laptop was Russian disinformation, even though they knew it wasn’t true, tells you how deep the corruption goes. I don’t think it can be cleaned up, not in 4 years.

Even when France is literally burning down, he’s still too afraid to mention who the perpetrators are, and still emphasizes their “rights” to protest 🤡 I don’t know about you, but I’m watching the show with amusement and I want to see how it ends.

The US is under no obligation to provide Starshield and Starlink to Ukraine. None. Zero. They did it anyway. For several years. But when speed dropped for a day, all you hear is the screaming of betrayal, war crime, and everything else. It's time to shut it down!

For years this woman never addressed the issues. It's always Trump bad. Just show the proof that you are an American citizen and make everyone shut up. How easy is that?
Thank you to everyone who stood with me over the years. It’s been a scary journey but I have always been grounded in my work and ability to provide exemplary service to my constituents. Trump and his administration have been after me since I arrived in Congress. I have always stood up to him and that will never change. The pedophile protector will never silence me.

It’s actually more feasible than people realize. Amazon is powerful, especially with their fulfillment network, but it relies on third party sellers and treat them like dirt. Everybody hates Amazon. No one has come close to competing with Amazon because they all wanted to become another Amazon. The day will come when someone thinks outside the box and go head to head with them.
Maybe we should start a competitor to Amazon 🤔

A girls' cross-country protest at Camas High in Washington caught national attention overnight. Half of the girls team walked off about 50 meters into a league meet rather than race against a transgender teammate. He switched from the boys' team a month ago.

Quite a few tragedies over the past month at marathon races and some runners were young and fit. Rest in peace 🙏
The 25yo runner who died in the Seoul half has been named as Yoo Ji-won. Yoo was a KAIST AI researcher and a sub-3 marathoner who ran 2:56:32 in March. She only took up running in 2022. Olympic champion Hwang is calling on organizers to have real emergency capacity on course.

When are the Feds going to subpoena the staffers who changed Ilhan Omar’s birthday? I’d love to see the communications leading up to that decision. It’s not often that you have to change your birthday…

Remember, DHS will not grant derivative citizenship if they can’t verify your age. For Ilhan Omar and her father, they didn’t have many choices. They could either convince DHS to take their word for it, or bribe an adjudicator, or, sent in a fake document. Guess which one was the easiest? It’s definitely possible that they forged a document.

While everyone is talking about Omar’s birth year, one critical piece of information is missing: How did she prove her age to get derivative citizenship? DHS has all the paperwork her father filed. If she has no birth certificate or anything that can prove her age, how did she convince DHS that she was 17 at the time? The most likely explanation is that she filed a forged document. That would be my guess. Her family used a fake document to prove her age.

DHS has every piece of paper Ilhan Omar or her parents have ever filed. They have everything already. The raid was to search for something else.

Democrats overwhelmingly celebrate the raid of Ilhan Omar’s home. No one is above the law, duh!

Today’s a good day. Law and order is finally applied to rich politicians. And Democrats are all cheering because it demonstrates no one is above the law, something they have been saying for years.

No one is above the law, including Ilhan Omar
Our democracy rests on the rule of law. When someone—no matter how powerful they are—is suspected of a criminal act, our justice system investigates, charges, and convicts them in accordance with due process.

Just a friendly reminder that before Elon bought Twitter, this guy was running it. All of you talking about Indians and their H-1B fraud now would've been sent to Twitter jail in a heartbeat.

If the goal of the H-1B program is to bring the best and brightest to the US, why is it DOMINATED by just one country: India? What are the chances that the best and brightest engineers happen to be all from India? No one can give a coherent answer. Yes, some Indian engineers are brilliant, but it's just like any other country, and there's absolutely no legitimate reason for India to stand out like that.

PERM is the first step for H-1B workers to apply for a green card. And a green card is almost always the ultimate goal of any H1 worker. So this new announcement, although not directly revoking H-1B status, is going to have a dramatic and far-reaching impact on the entire EB immigration landscape.
Labor Secretary Keith Sonderling announces that USDOL is suspending Microsoft, Adobe, Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini from the PERM program, which certifies employers to sponsor foreign workers for green cards.

While everyone is focused on Microsoft, don’t forget about the most important part of the announcement: The Indian staffing companies. Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL…. They are the real culprits in the entire H1B and EB green card scam. Microsoft hired a lot of foreign workers, but it’s still a tiny fraction of their workforce. But these Indian staffing companies overwhelmingly bring Indians to America, and have always been accused of visa fraud, for decades!

We’re cutting off the head of the snake and protecting American Workers. Beginning today, @USDOL is SUSPENDING Microsoft and Adobe among other companies from the permanent visa program. After a pipeline of systemic fraud has flooded our country for years with foreign labor, we’re putting an end to it today. We are taking action under the direction of @POTUS and with the leadership of @VP and @USLaborIG on the @WHFraudTF—DELIVERING for the American People, protecting their money, and punishing fraudsters. 💪 🇺🇸
