When my mum died in 2023 I nearly stopped masking. I had spent hours a day for years wearing FFP3 visiting her in her nursing home. Everything was about protecting her. Then I remembered her saying to me in early 2022, 'don't ever take that mask off'. So I didn't. She was right.
