For the record. I'm not opposed to cutting government waste. It's just that 1) DOGE are going about this completely incompetently and 2) they regard what a lot of departments actually DO as "waste". Welfare, education, medical are all idealogically regarded as "waste" by them.
It worked in one instance. In generally it's massively risky and irresponsible especially when applied to organisations with people whose lives depend on them. Stupid. Massively stupid.
