Went to visit my poorly Grandma yesterday morning, to find I was 30 mins too late. She passed in her sleep, around 10am. Spent the day with family, consoling, crying, but realising she is no longer in pain. Jacqueline Whitfield, I'll love you always. 09-12-42 - 15-04-24 ❤️
