Apparently there are A LOT of “Christians” on X that are gonna be REAL mad about what Jesus does when He comes back…

On November 5th, 2009 I was on base at Ft. Leonard Wood. We had finished lunch chow, and were conducting some form of training when we had full base lock down. A muslim terrorist at Ft. Hood in Texas was murdering military personnel. 12 Service Members and a civilian lost their lives that day. Over 30 others were wounded. Ive seen a lot of Christians post some pretty harsh comments about the Trump admins decision to make that jihadists capital punishment public. And while their warnings about being cautious about bloodlust and moral decay can be valid, I want to put these verse up so that we can, humbly, submit ourselves to scripture… “When it goes well with the righteous, the city rejoices, and when the wicked perish there are shouts of gladness.” - Proverbs 11:10 “When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers.” - Proverbs 21:15 “The righteous will rejoice when he sees the vengeance; he will bathe his feet in the blood of the wicked. Mankind will say, ‘Surely there is a reward for the righteous; surely there is a God who judges on earth.’” - Psalm 58:10-11 Justice enacted against an evil doer is a good thing, lets not reject Scriptural truth for a sense of moral superiority

I was really interested in the Durupinar site, cautious, but interested. Then they got @LaurenWitzkeDE on their team, and now I’m almost fully convinced it’s a scam. You can’t bring money/fame seeking, wannabe Candace Owens, virulent anti-semites onto your team and expect to hold on to any type of credibility.

Wore this shirt to Costco today, which is very out of character for me. It was an accident, I didn’t realize it was the shirt I had on. 16 years in the military teaches a person to not put a target on themselves in public, blend in, don’t draw unnecessary attention to yourself. 5 people stopped me to tell me they loved my shirt. I think we’re doing better than we think we are. #WeAreAllCharlieKirk #Merica

Had a VA behavioral health appointment today. I had to get a referral for today’s appointment from my primary care team. I asked for the appointment because I heard about the Trump admins push for more treatment options for mental/behavioral health and I am interested in non conventional therapy treatments, because Ive tried “talk therapy” multiple times over the years, and its just not affective. Today’s appointment was some sort of assessment for the behavioral health team, I have now been referred to a therapist. I must go through the therapist to be referred to the PTSD clinic. The PTSD clinic can then prescribe alternative treatment options after an initial appointment. Im 100% P&T, non employable, largely because of my PTSD/ behavioral health rating. The VA wants more funding to fix their bureaucracy issues. Can you imagine having a specific diagnosis (that took years of legal arguments to get recognized correctly to be rated correctly) and asking for specific treatment options, and then having to go through 4 doctors/referrals to get appropriate treatment for that diagnosis. And the organization that is sending you through 4 different doctors says they need more money to fix these issues. 🤦🏼‍♂️Guys, you’re unnecessarily wasting the money you’re already receiving, I can’t imagine how many more doctors I would need to see if you had the budget for more doctors 🙄 #fixtheVA

I have seen many arguments against this plan that are based on positions of fallacy. This is the proper argument against the idea. It is not feasible to enact this plan without further debt to the Federal Reserve. More debt to the Reserve equates to higher interest which equates to a lower evaluation for the US dollar, which raises the prices of goods and services, which is inflation. This is a bad idea, and I can only hope that it is not actualized
So $2000 and Covid stimulus money for every citizen has had disastrous effects on the economy, and now we are now offering $5000 to every citizen? Is that what I’m hearing? I’d rather the government keep the money and not destroy the economy I live in.

“For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? God judges those outside. “Purge the evil person from among you.”” - 1 Corinthians 5:12-13 ESV Ive seen many people reject the idea that “Christians” should argue doctrine. Ive seen them rebuke other Christians for “causing problems” among brothers for holding fast to scripture and refuting bad theology and lifestyle. So, what is Paul saying here? I believe the most straightforward interpretation is simple. If you do not claim to be a “Christian”, I’m not going to have an argument or debate about morality or lifestyle choices with you. Its not my place, even when I disagree. That does not negate a place for evangelism discussions. I think it wise to discuss the implications of Jesus with non-believers so that they may come to know the Lord, but im not going to rebuke people for not holding a Biblical standard, when such a person rejects the Bible, and the God described therein. However, when a person explicitly claims to be a Christian, it is imperative that ALL believers refute and reject immoral lifestyles and bad doctrine. You have placed the yoke and burden of Christ upon yourself, and though it is easy and light, that does not infer that it is non-existent. There is grace and mercy in Jesus… for those who are humble towards Him. But to say, “I’m a Christian” and then refute plain scriptural correction from brothers and sisters in Christ, because you want to justify your sin or bad doctrine, that is unacceptable, and such people should absolutely be called out. And that is very evident from the scripture above.

The fulfillment of the Christian life, as defined by Paul as he was addressing the congregational body in Thessalonica, is quite literally to love each other, live quiet lives, work with your hands, mind your own business (Christian business), gain the respect of the non-believers around you, and not be reliant on them. - 1 Thessalonians 4:10-12. Just something to think about in the age of influencer’s and celebrities and social media.

Roman Catholics when you tell them you are not Protestant because you don’t associate with Luther, any of the successional protestant denominations or his reformation attempt.

There is an often used argument against Islam in debate settings: it goes like this… Mohammad verified that the New Testament was scripture (inspired by God), the New Testament claims that any one who preaches a way of salvation different than the gospel of Jesus, even if it be given by an angel, that person should be accursed. Mohammad’s claim to divine inspiration was self admittedly, and angel, and his salvation message is different than the Christian gospel, thus, by Islams own standard, it is false. The same logic can be used against the Roman Catholic Church. They explicitly claim Magisterial Authority. The Pope and the bishops form the teaching office of the Church. They guard and interpret both Scripture and Tradition safely. Since Trent II, the church has decreed Unitatis Redintegratio, restoration of unity. So the logic follows as such… The Roman Church claimed to be the uniquely “catholic” church by declaring extra ecclesiam nulla salus, “outside the church there is no salvation”. They claim authority for such a decree through the Magisterium. This means that they require both scripture and the teachings of ecumenical decrees to understand and follow Jesus faithfully to be part of the true “church”. The magisterium then changes “no salvation outside of the church” to “restoration of unity” declaring that there are true believers outside of the Roman church. Thus admitting that magisterium is unnecessary for salvation. The problem is that they still cling to the “catholic” title, but they have changed “catholic” to mean “true” rather than “universal”. So a Roman observant believer is now left to wrestle with the fact that the Roman church has the only true teachings and traditions of the followers of Jesus, which would logically imply that salvation can only be found in the teachings, traditions and sacraments of the Roman Church. However, the Roman church has decreed that there are true believers, followers of Jesus, outside of the teachings, traditions, and sacraments of the Roman church. Thus, if the Romans are correct, that they need the Magisterium for the practice of the faith, then the Magisterium negates the necessity of the Roman church, by recognizing faith outside of their ecumenism.

The exclusive “catholicity” claim by the Roman church was relinquished with Unitatis Redintegratio (the Decree on Ecumenism). Issued by the Second Vatican Council and promulgated by Pope Paul VI on November 21, 1964. This decree explicitly recognizes that there are true Christians outside the visible boundaries of the “Roman Catholic Church”. At this point, any Romanist that still tries to play these semantic games with the word “catholic” are equivalent to the Black Lives Matter organization. We’re gonna take this phrase, that colloquially apply’s people in a general sense but demand everyone recognize it as a specific descriptor of “us” exclusively. Then when they don’t use it the way we mean it, we’re gonna shame them until everyone accepts our NEW definition. The catholic church has always meant the universal church. It is the body of Christ. The citizens of the kingdom of God. Every person who confesses with their mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believes in their heart that God raised Him from the dead. Any other interpretation is counter to the intended understanding of scripture, and thus, heresy. Good that the RCC corrected this, bad that denominational roman catholics continue to propagate the misunderstanding

In America, we can’t CONVINCE socialists/communists to leave our capitalist society in favor of their preferred economic structure, despite there being a plethora of options to choose from. Simultaneously, anti-communist/socialists risk death to leave the communist/socialist country’s to try and come to America for the opportunities available in a capitalist system. I wonder why that is🤔

Here’s a question you should be able to answer, but won’t be able to: How are millions of oppressed and financially penniless and jobless 3rd world muslims paying for flights across the planet, to the wealthiest and most prosperous country in human history, when the average citizen of that country could not afford the price of the flights to the 3rd world countries those penniless and oppressed muslims are coming from? We’re being invaded. Inact #MassDeportationsNow

In 2020, while deployed in Qatar, i was walking from my barracks to the DFAC. It was over 100* and I was walking by myself. As I stepped out of the T wall pathway into a parking lot, I saw a short, rotund woman in OCP’s about 200-300 ft away. I assume she was an E-7, because the Army had decided that all short, fat butch woman in the army needed to get that second rocker, at the time. As I crossed the parking i heard her yell in her shrill voice “PUT YOUR MASK ON!” I was in civvies, wearing a ball cap and sunglasses, because it was my day off, so i raised my hand, gave her an exaggerated thumbs up, and kept walking. As I cleared the parking lot and stepped into the next T wall pathway, I saw her turn and start hop waddling towards me with a VERY angry demeanor. She may have also been yelling something like, “HEY!” I didn’t stop, didn’t even really quick step, and made it into the DFAC. Never saw her again. I often think about that encounter and chuckle. Don’t forget how crazy these people were about tyrannically controlling you and suppressing your freedom.

Hey @MarkLucasUSA , you’re a real piece of 💩 We (veterans) don’t support veterans because your bill isn’t getting the support you want? Cry more @$$hole We don’t support the 💩 bill because it takes $57 billion out of the pockets of 1.5 million vets over the next 10 years, gives unprecedented authority to the legislature to cut VA benefits when they want a “pay for” in a bill, and it contains an abomination of the #MRSA that doesn’t give medically retired veterans (like myself) the benefit we were promised. Fix the pay for, and fix the MRSA, and then you’d have a decent bill. Until and unless that happens, I hope the #TCAVA and every a$$hole who supports it gets the public shame and humility they deserve. The bill is a dumpster fire, and so are you 🤙🏽
🚨 More than 17 veterans a day die by suicide. The Take Care of America's Veterans Act, backed by President Trump, gives veterans faster access to community care and expands mental health and suicide prevention support. Anyone blocking it is not acting in veterans' best interests.

Thank you @RepSpartz !
Senator @JohnBoozman, I’m also eager to properly fund benefits for combat veterans under the Major Richard Star Act without cutting benefits for future veterans. And I’m eager to see priorities I’ve championed for farmers in Indiana and nationwide become law too, including the right to repair, and the exemption from the ridiculous diesel emissions standards for farm equipment and checkoff transparency passed in the House version of the Farm Bill. As @SenAgGOP, under your leadership as chairman, charts a path forward, I applaud @INFarmBureau and @SBAgov for their thoughtful support and partnership.
