The government is absolutely weaponizing certain laws to silence citizens who dare criticize them. They went after Rob so hard because they clearly didn’t like his peaceful advocacy for his son Eddie whose killer Anne Marie McInnis walked free after plowing through them with her car. They’re silencing Aidan because he dared to point out that Boston police officer John O’Keefe was not hit by a car and instead was killed by a combination of well connected Canton residents the Alberts and the McCabes.
Too bad all that the government has achieved through this is drawing even more attention to these cases and the people will not stand for it.
Rob Thomson was acquitted of all counts of witness intimidation charges yesterday in Dedham. He follows Tony Raymond and Rich Shiffer, who both were represented by @BradlLawPC like Thomson, and were also acquitted or had their charges dismissed for witness intimidation. The government is weaponizing this statute like never before in order to silence criticism of the government and the McAlberts, but they are losing every single time. Their greatest defeat will come in December when my trial begins and the First Amendment prevails.

💔 STORY TIME: Nicole Virzi, a 29-year-old clinical psychology PhD student from San Diego, visited her best friend Savannah Roberts and her husband Ethan Katz in Pittsburgh to meet their six-week-old twins, Leon and Ari Katz.
While the parents took Ari to the hospital for injuries (later alleged to have been caused by Virzi), she was left alone with Leon.
She called 911 claiming he had fallen from a bouncer seat.
Doctors found a severe skull fracture and multiple brain bleeds consistent with blunt-force trauma and child abuse. Leon died the next day.
Virzi denied wrongdoing but later told detectives she had shaken and dropped the baby multiple times until she heard a crack.
She said she did not intend to kill him but “just wanted him to feel a little pain” and described a long-standing compulsion to hurt children.
She was charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
She has pleaded not guilty and remains in jail.
Her jury trial is scheduled to begin October 1, 2026.
Plea negotiations have been reported as ongoing.

This is absolute insanity. Not ONE day probation for Ann McInnis who killed his child and broke him mentally and physically for life, nothing for Kathy and Bill McIniss of Westwood MA nor @WestwoodPD who harassed him or @MassStatePolice who, once again did a SHIT investigation of 6 year old Eddie’s killing by Ann McInnis. MA courts are corrupt!

Judge imposes the following sentence;
2 years of probation on the following conditions:
Stay away/no contact with Anne Marie.
Maintain medical treatment.
Continue with medical treatment for brain jury.
Rob is ordered not to post of any kind.
No electronic, paper or otherwise with the victim's address, name or her employer or any other identify information.
This only pertains to Anne Marie McInnis and @Bloomingdales (or any other employer Anne Marie goes on to work for).
Eddie's memory lives on. Rob has walked out of court a free man, albeit it with some probation conditions that restrict his speech.
