Condo owners in Torrance, Los Angeles County were all hit with a $49,352 bill EACH by their HOA
Because insurance prices in California are going up. Many California HOAs are sending homeowners massive repair bills to bring them into compliance
“Every owner in the 499 unit complex hit with the same big bill for a list of repairs”
The total cost of the repairs is over $19 million dollars
“It is a very lopsided relationship by just by virtue of the fact that the HOA's got everybody's money to play with, and the HOA has authority to issue discipline.
Add in the fact there's no regulatory agency that oversees HOAs in California, and it can become a contentious relationship”
I researched this more and there is a big part of the story that’s being left out, get this:
- The work is almost entirely for what’s called ‘the condo podium building’
- About 92.3% of the money goes to those buildings and the area around them
- 4 of 5 board members live in those condo buildings
This is one of the biggest conflict of interests in HOA history but exactly what you would expect in California

🚨 BAD BILL ALERT. POLITICIANS PROTECTED. PRIVATE CITIZENS SCREWED.
SB 577 creates two sets of rules.
Sue a public school, city, or county over an old childhood sexual assault claim and you are 40 or older? You now need clear and convincing evidence the government knew and failed to act.
Sue a private school, church, or business for the same kind of claim? That extra wall is not there.
Government gets the shield. Private institutions do not.
Buried in the same bill, Sacramento also opened peace officer personnel records to the Office of Youth and Community Restoration. Starting in 2028, that office’s ombudsperson can investigate officers and get files that used to stay confidential.
They made it harder to sue the government and easier for a state office to go after the cops.
That is Sacramento protecting government, while creating a new way to demonize law enforcement.
Stay informed. Stay involved. Share. Save California.

🚨🚨NEW LISTING: NEWSOM’S PERSONAL HYPOCRISY OASIS — Only $7.5 MILLION
An extraordinary showcase of California’s two-tier system
Privacy from the environmental rules its owner pushes on everyone else.
The 12,663-square-foot “personal wellness oasis”🌴 features 12 bathrooms, dual showers, a soaking tub, resort pool, hot tub, cold plunge, automatic sprinklers, and “meticulously landscaped” grounds.
Inside: a built-in gas oven, natural-gas service, four fireplaces with gas logs. Multiple central HVAC units. (outdated)
What it does not advertise:
🚫Solar.
🚫Energy-efficient features.
🚫Green-building verification.
🚫Water-saving upgrades.
🚫Drought-tolerant landscaping.
🚫A Zone 0 demonstration.
Remodeled or updated? Unknown.
Leading by example? Hell NO!
Meanwhile, California regulates your light bulbs, toilets, water heaters, roofing, insulation, A/C refrigerants, and landscape water use.
Newsom has approved rules governing the first five feet around homes in designated fire zones. 🚫 No plants around your home
This is not an environmental showcase.
It is an overpriced monument to California’s two-tier system.
California gets low-flow toilets. Gavin gets 12 bathrooms, dual showers, a pool, a hot tub, and a cold plunge.
You get the mandates.
He gets the mansion with a personal elevator.

Gavin Newsom’s home is for sale—and as a veteran Realtor in the area, I’ll say it plainly: the listing price is ridiculous. The house is not worth that much.
An inflated sale creates an obvious ethics concern. A billionaire looking to settle an old debt or a foreign national legally barred from donating could overpay by millions and disguise the transfer as an ordinary real-estate transaction.
I’m not alleging that has happened. I’m saying this sale deserves scrutiny.
Who buys it?
Who finances it?
How does the price compare with actual sales?
And who ultimately provides the money?
Follow the buyer. Follow the financing. Follow the money.
Yes, I will be watching...

🚨 MORE LEAKED AUDIO: Encinitas Elementary Union School District administrators in California brought in radical trans activist Kathie Moehlig to provide “Transgender Competency Training” for teachers.
Moehlig also provided @eusdtweets with a “gender transition plan” directing families to her own organization, TransFamily Support Services, and specializes in securing insurance assistance for medical transition procedures including hormones and “top surgery” for minors.
Moehlig’s adopted disabled child, born female, was the first patient at @radychildrens gender clinic and underwent a double mastectomy at just 14 years old.

Huge win for parents.
The Ninth Circuit just blocked California’s gender secrecy law, AB 1955 that was passed by far left Democrats, ruling that schools CANNOT keep parents in the dark about major decisions involving their children.
The court made it clear: parents, not the state, have the primary authority over the upbringing of their children.
@GavinNewsom and Sacramento tried to codify secrecy between schools and parents. Today, the courts reminded them that parental rights are protected by the Constitution.
