If developers don’t pay impact fees to fund local infrastructure, who will?
Further restricting developer impact fees won’t solve California’s housing crisis. It will make things worse. If developers don’t pay impact fees, there are only two options. Either the infrastructure needed to support new housing doesn’t get built, or taxpayers pick up the tab.
