“𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐛𝐲𝐞. 𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧.”

————————— Outside the Irminsul, across the nation, the people of Sumeru that is linked with the Akasha Terminal are trying to trigger the self-destruction protocol. Everyone is pouring the tree with data, feeding falsehoods to the tree so it would bend its own logic and rewrite reality while it’s actually fracturing the root, opening the gate for 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡.

————————— Flames clawed up from the Irminsul’s roots, racing along its trunk until the whole tree shuddered and ignited. Meanwhile, the Traveler and Wanderer falls with high speed until Nahida grabs them by the wrist and spread a dendro field to allow the three of them to fly.

“Hm? I think I deserve a little more credit for my methods than that.” “𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧, 𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞.”

The moment all those barriers moves forward, Nahida arrives right between the barriers, and the two behind her. Her palm facing the barrier, making the barriers stop then crushing it all into dust.

“That’s quick,” the Traveler starts scanning the whole place as soon as he heard Wanderer. “There’s an opening right there. Let’s go.” The Wanderer tightened his grip around the Traveler’s waist as they neared the opening. “𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐭𝐨?”

————————— “Well, here we are.” The Traveler and Wanderer look around the unfamiliar place. The depths of Irminsul looks empty, yet it gives a strong feeling of uneasiness for one.
