Should see 84k+ no problem now.

It's a continuation because there are multiple confirming factors present. I detail these in my daily analysis on YT.
$BTC - Hidden bullish divergence
Near 87k, price made higher highs while RSI made lower highs. That bearish divergence was the warning, and why I took a short up there.
Now the opposite: price put in a higher low (~80k vs ~75k in Sept) while RSI made a lower low. Hidden bullish divergence, sitting right on the daily 50 SMA.
The crowd that was euphoric at 87k is now bearish at 81k. 80β82k is my floor. Iβm accumulating here, not positioning for a breakdown.
Targets: 85k β 87β90k+
If 87-90k breaks, 94k is the HTF target
Invalidation: 1d close below 80k

Separate short from earlier. That closed at break even.
New short: scaling into ~86-89k.
Why: double top into resistance, weekly liquidation swept, delta stretched.
Invalidation: acceptance above 89k.
Target: 79-83k range (developing).
HTF unchanged.

The crowd wants low 70s. The chart disagrees.
In bull markets, price rarely gives the perfect retest. Most sidelined buyers are waiting for a pullback that may never come.
Range low already swept to 79.7k, and the daily closed right back inside. Thatβs a bottoming process, not a breakdown.
My trade invalidates on a daily close below 80k. On the HTF, 77k is the absolute worst case.
Max pain is higher, not lower.
90k into Nov/Dec.

Would be the perfect trap. Another front run.

Would be nice to have a volatile weekend for a change. Sideways / slow bleeds are boring.

Absolutely correct, most traps start this way. While 77-80k is still possible, it's less likely based on the macro signs pointing higher.

A lot of noise this week
Structure hasn't changed
Above 80k, Iβm buying dips

Sounds like you're prospering my friend. No need to lose your mind over that kind of gain. Traditional market traders would be jealous!

Don't take it personal, it screws most people over. That's how its designed.
May I recommend you lower your position sizing / leverage so it feels less painful?

That's a very good question. PA is flat right now. Feels off to me.

The big move up never retested the daily 50 SMA. Until now.
BTC usually ranges close to the 50 SMA before moving higher, and so far itβs holding as support.
Expecting continuation.
$BTC
First the market made longs comfortable, then swept the lows.
Now itβs making shorts comfortable under the highs.
Same playbook, in reverse.
87-90k next.
