We know it’s not quite October yet, but we can’t wait to break out some aptly themed games for Halloween. The Return of the Headless Horseman is our featured game of the week; our tutorial gives you a peek. tiktok.com/t/ZTRmF4tpu/ #tabletopgames #tutorials #boardgames #shopsmall

Picked up The Great British Baking Show Game at @RavensburgerNA booth at #gencon2022. Dan was skeptical, but after playing, we love it! Learn how to play here 👇 #boardgames #tabletopgames #tabletopgaming #boardgamer #localgamestore #smallbusiness tiktok.com/t/ZTRPh2UQk/

Loved meeting @alleycatgames at #GenCon and their amazing support of our #localgamestore with free demo #boardgames to bring back to play with customers. We’re already in love with Tinderblox 😍 tiktok.com/t/ZTRyvXPx6/

We got the best shoutout from Mila and @mrmatera in this WellPlayED episode that focuses on the awesomeness of #familygamenight. Have a listen for some recommendations from this father and daughter duo podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas… #xplap #tabletopgaming #boardgames

Customer review: “During the pandemic we got into an awful habit of just turning on the tv every night with the kids and going numb. I’m now glad to start new routines of game time.” Rhino Hero is a new favorite for them. Games are magical. #shopsmall #tabletopgames #boardgame

Love when our game recommendations turn into real happiness! From the customer: “Dragons Breath is saving my quarantine right now!!” #shopsmall #shopsmallbusiness #tabletopgames #boardgames #tabletopgaming #familygamenight

We do love Meeples! Check out how Stefanie feels about the new release, Breakdancing Meeples. Hint, she loves it. 😂 instagram.com/p/CCpTZtDF_2Z/… #tabletopgames #tabletopgaming #boardgames #xplap #shopsmall

I’m not sure what I was expecting when I opened Dragoon to play for the first time, but it wasn’t what I found. Fantastic design, quick to learn with a combo of strategy and a little luck; it’s an excellent choice. cabbagesandkings.games #tabletopgaming #boardgames #shopsmall

We love playing a game of Monster Madness. I mean, what’s not to love about playing with D&D monsters? Attacking, shielding, stealing from your opponents, and all under 30 minutes with pre-built decks. cabbagesandkings.games #shopsmall #tabletopgames #boardgames

Looking for a kids' game that you'll WANT to keep playing? Quick set up, learn time, and play, but it's also LOADS of fun. Save the dragon and avoid the boulders! See our play through and recommendation here: youtu.be/2CMEWFtvl6c #tabletopgaming #tabletop @BlueOrangeGames

Thanks for shopping small! Especially during this time, we can't thank people enough for their continued patronage. Anyone else want to share what they pulled for #MTGIkoria? We'd love to see your pics. #MtG #tabletopgaming #shopsmall #shopsmallbusiness

We played two new @BlueOrangeGames last night for #familygamenight. Quick to learn and play, involved a little strategy, and provided a few laughs. 👍🏻 What are you playing? #tabletopgames #tabletopgaming #boardgames #localgamestore #shoplocal #shopsmall

When you own a board game store, your kids seem to think of board games quite often. That’s what happened when our son had to talk about photosynthesis...he wanted to use Photosynthesis. #boardgames #tabletopgames #tabletopgaming #localgamestore

During #ShelterInPlace we’re enjoying a little family game of #casualcommander. What are you playing now? #mtg #MagicTheGathering #tabletopgames #shopsmall #shoplocal

One local business helping another during this crazy time. If you love our little Cabbage King, order our shirt! $10 from every purchase comes to us! meltdowncreative.com/comm-un… #shopsmall #shoplocal #localgamestore #tabletopgames #tabletopgaming #boardgames

Quarantine finally convinced Stefanie to let Dan teach her how to play #mtg. Are you a newbie + want a tutorial as you see the game unfold or just want to see Stefanie lose while she also learns the lingo? This is for you. youtu.be/cQ5vowh-LWU #MagicTheGathering #shopsmall

We miss connecting with our community in person, but we’re doing our part to #FlattenTheCurve which has meant more family game time. What are you playing while you’re #shelteringinplace? #tabletopgaming #boardgame #tabletopgames #shopsmall #xplap #games4ed

We had an excellent time teaching educators how to play and adapt board games at #IDEAcon. Happy to be back home, but excited for next year. Thanks to all the people who stopped to play and talk. #tabletopgames #tabletop #tabletopgaming #boardgames #gamification
