A first year junior British girl in 4th. Isn’t it awesome to be able to actually see riders develop in this category rather than just get thrown in with the elites. Very cool👇🏼

So the kid woke up and I couldn’t watch mens mtb worlds. So please sum up in one tweet what happened?
If you took out the rock gardens and the technical parts of the descents and maybe a few tree routes I think I’d love to race this mtb worlds……..I mean I love climbing and those swoopy descents are so fun, oh but I’d also like some mud😂😂#makeitacrosscourse #loveclimbing
The world has lost an amazing guy who was everything good about cycling, friendly, approachable, passionate and just a genuinely good guy. A man who never said no to an adventure. Such a huge loss. Thinking of his loved ones right now.
I officially got out run by an under 16 at my cross clinic. It made me happy😂😂
Huge thanks to @CXHelen and @StefanWyman for running a CX Clinic yesterday for @SprocketsClub. It was a privilege and a blast. Success is Measured in Smiles. @CentralRegionBC @BCcoache

It's new episode day! The #TourDeFrance2022 has finished but now it's time for the @LeTourFemmes avec @GoZwift. Tim and Michael look back at 3incredible weeks, forward to the ground-breaking women's Tour and are joined by cyclocross legend @CXHelen. open.spotify.com/episode/5Nf…
Having been a tiny part of road racing in my career I really get the emotions. For riders who have been in it for this long you cannot believe how much it has changed for the better. Of course there’s a long way to go but this is the biggest step. What a week for woman’s sport 👇🏼
Annemiek gave us an incredible performance at the #tdff, and some great interviews, but it was the final minute that made me 😭 So many emotions this week, but this moment was the one where I really lost it. Thank you @AvVleuten for this, it meant so much to me ❤️❤️❤️
Wow Tom Pidcock wow tweet. I should say though imagine how good he could have been if he hadn’t wasted all that time on cross………..😂😂😉#joking #thingsiveheard #winning
So twitter people. I need to really properly clean the inside of my thule kids trailer. Anyone got any tips? So far I’ve hoovered it, hand washed all removable parts but the inside is just gross, soap and water doesn’t cut it. Need non toxic products please!
We just got wetter on our 2.8km ride home from the zoo than we did on our 590km trip across 3 countries in 7days. Sascha and me did not win today and even Frank the flamingo didn’t enjoy the soaking😂😂😂
Day 7 and we made it to Venice. For a built up area they really impressed me with the last day of this route. We were basically on this until the last 2km to the hotel in Mestre. 590km, 7days, 17 playgrounds, lots of yummy food and only 2hrs of rain. I’ll take that😂
Day 6 was a wet one. I mean I guess it means I get to use every item of clothing I brought with me but equally I’d of happily not used the rain jacket😂
Day 5 of Munich to Venice was the hotly anticipated one. The views were spectacular, the road surface not so much. We have been spoilt with super smooth gravel and perfect tarmac paths. Based on todays surfaces I think they had a heavy winter up in the dolomites😂
Day 4 of Munich to Venice was the real mountain day with nearly 1000m of climbing. Stef thrived on it….no actually he did amazing I was really impressed 😊 oh and we found the best playgrounds so far especially the woods one that was Sascha’s highlight for sure😂
Day 3 of Munich to Venice was short but increasingly climby, if that’s a word?? We crossed over the brenner pass (that was a brutal climb) and then descended down some amazing old railway lines. The weather was perfect
Day 2 lived up to expectations. A minor grump from stef as we climbed out of a pointless tiny gravel section that took you to a waterfall, however we survived the longest day of 7. We also had a lovely supermarket picnic which I’m pretty sure was Sascha’s highlight 😂
Day one of our Munich to Venice adventures. Started like this, ended like this. Stunning route, more photos over on instagram. I cannot recommend this route enough and it’s only day 1 #winning
