Charging for blue checks is Too Small. My plan would be to #ShardTwitter. Everyone logs in one day to find themselves randomly assigned to an independent instance of Twitter that has only limited interactions with the other ones.

1) it would be very funny, especially day one. 2) there'd be a revenue stream in charging people to move instances or transaction fees to collect from some dumb market that would let elon claim he out metaversed zuck

3) it's a move toward smaller, less virally transmissible communities that people seem to express fondness for 4) the bot economy changes since the instances would be capped in size. Adding a marginal bot would take the place of one real human you're trying to scam
