So if Batman's only superpower is just being an extremely rich man, why doesn't he use his power for good by investing in massive infrastructure projects across Gotham to help the community out of the mess its in. BOLSTERING MENTAL HEALTH PROVISION WOULD BE A GOOD START PAL!
