Even in June 2020 when the #ESAH founders met at an Equalities conference following @CTwelvetrees’ talk it was evident the pandemic was seeing a general default to gender stereotypical roles that would have far reaching negative impacts. This is seen in society & thru #LongCovid
Exactly this, I’m so sorry. When women shoulder most #childcare too more women run businesses will fail, workforce diversity will suffer & less inclusivity of decisions will also inc existing inequalities & have huge mental health impacts on top of chronic illness @equalhome
