For anyone interested, this is what I found about a week ago. 1907 spire, 1838s tower crane boxes, rest roof height points incl. podium bldgs air space. They all made it to "Work in Progress" status. So they got past earliest prelims and "Add Letters". Much more to follow!
Someone really messed up their official documents claiming a 20-something story building in Victory Park #Dallas will be 689'. Clearly that is structure plus above mean sea level. I wonder how long before the error is noticed. . . Also, can't find an FAA filing for this anyway.

Ongoing contracted pipe work underground + no clean-up apparently afterwards. Nice asphalt as well. I have no idea where the actual sidewalk is here also.
