Canada is stabbing us in the back. In the 90s they lobbied washington to buy canadian oil and sanction venezuela and we did. Venezuelas BPD at that time was 4mBPD and canadas export?...1m BPD. If not for our sanctions on venezuela their oil exports would barely exist.
