Literally, when powerful people want you out, the littlest thing becomes the mightiest sword. Dr. Gay is out as the president of Harvard. This is just a reminder she received her Ph.D. from that very same school in 1998 and won the top prize for her dissertation. SMH!

Listening to a little @Ericthomasbtc this morning to move through my early morning. The key takeaway, "once you realize who you are, you stop moving in desperation." Personal revolution happens when we critically analyze who we and who want to be and then begin to close the gap.
Emotional intelligence is a real thing! A lot of people need to try it out. You can actually grow this skillset instead of languishing in the #darkside of emotions. #revolutionarythoughts
