My wonderful Leverhulme Trust Fellowship has now ended but I am fortunate in having a further year of support from University of Liverpool to finish the book.
Very happy and grateful to have been awarded a @LeverhulmeTrust Major Research Fellowship to write a book on British Dance Bands. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, especially my referees and colleagues in the @livuni @sotauol #Music Department.

Dear @AvantiWestCoast - why are there no advance fare tickets at all on Sunday 11th August, eus-man? Seems odd.
Why does this very busy @AvantiWestCoast service from Euston to Birmingham only have five carriages (four standard class)? Bonkers.
