This isn't his team anymore; he needs to fall in line, or they are going to trade him. Arenas recalled that when the Washington Wizards drafted John Wall and he saw him in the first practice, Gilbert immediately knew it was time to fall in line.

The #Patriots are seeking around a fourth-round pick in exchange for DT Christian Barmore and “have listened and talked to other teams” about potentially moving him, per @AlbertBreer.

At first, I thought the Raiders just wanted to give Washington more opportunities, but with how lopsided the carries were and some of the postgame comments, it seems pretty clear Jeanty was disciplined for his comments about the Jets.
And I agree with Kubiak. Coming off four straight losses, there’s no reason to give opponents bulletin board material. Harbaugh has taken a similar approach with Skattebo. It’s about setting a standard, building a culture, and holding players accountable.
