This week, we have been delighted to share the announcement of our impending merger with IFtL!
However, today we would like to announce that Adrian Roger’s, our CEO, will be stepping away in July 2027. We would like to thank him for his contributions to growing Chiltern Learning Trust from a three school Trust to soon to be 43 schools.
Adrian has pushed us for excellence, helped us oversee the transformation of schools and been part of our success to Trust of the Year in 2025. His teaching and leadership have touched the lives of thousands of young people!
Thank you, Adrian! 💙

A lovely evening at @Cedars_Upper
It was fantastic to see the school buzzing, with families from across the Leighton Buzzard and Linslade communities coming along to explore the school and see everything Cedars has to offer.
There was such a brilliant energy throughout the evening, with so much going on across the different departments and students proudly showing visitors around.
A wonderful showcase of the Cedars community. 💙

We are delighted to be at the MAT strategy forum in Chester for the next two days!
It’s been a great start, with some really interesting presentations, including from our own Amjad Ali and Sufian Sadiq. 💙
There have also been plenty of opportunities to share ideas, learn from others and connect with Trust colleagues from across the country.
Looking forward to the rest of the programme!
