$CIFR thread β€” what I actually think 🧡 I've been in this name since $16. Averaged down through the $14, $13, $10, even $9 range. So yes, I have skin in the game. Here's why I'm not selling. 1/ The market is confusing price with value $9B in signed leases. $4B market cap. AWS is paying rent. Google is guaranteeing a lease. An unnamed AI lab just signed 20 years. The stock is down 70% from ATH. Not one contract has been cancelled. 2/ What actually happened in October $850M convertible notes spooked the market. I get it. Dilution is real. But read the terms: β†’ 0% interest until 2032 β†’ Conversion at $15.31 β€” not $9 β†’ Capped at $28.35 β€” zero dilution below that CIFR just raised nearly $1B for free in a 5% rate environment. That's not a red flag. That's exceptional financing. 3/ Yes the Barber Lake costs went up From $2.1B β†’ ~$3B total. But here's what the bears miss: The tenant asked for the upgrades. CIFR got 10 more years of lease in return. Plus higher rent. Plus a return on capital. Management's own words: "Improves return profile across ALL key financial metrics" 4/ What I'm waiting for β†’ Colchis 1GW β€” biggest site, no tenant yet. When this drops, market re-rates overnight. β†’ Q3 earnings: Nov 2 β†’ ERCOT final designations: December β†’ Barber Lake cash rent: Q4 2026 The catalysts haven't landed yet. The contracts are already signed. 5/ What analysts actually say right now Morgan Stanley: $51.50 β€” Buy Rosenblatt: $30 β€” Buy H.C. Wainwright: $30 β€” Buy Wells Fargo: $25 β€” Overweight Clear Street: $32 β€” Buy 22 analysts. Average: $29.95. Stock: $9.24. I trust the contracts over the chart. 6/ The one thing I keep coming back to From $0.38 to $30. Now at $9. Every time CIFR looked finished, it wasn't. $9B contracted. $745M cash. AWS. Google. 5.3GW pipeline. This isn't blind faith. The paperwork exists. Not financial advice. Just what I actually believe. $WGMI $IREN $WULF $CLSK $SLNH $NBIS $APLD $KEEL $CRWV

$CIFR β€” let me zoom out 🧡 Anthropic just filed for its IPO today. $ANT. Nasdaq. Three years ago: $41M revenue. H1 2026: $16.3B revenue. That's not a typo. $41M β†’ $16.3B in 36 months. Now look at $CIFR's monthly chart. Sitting exactly at the 0.5 Fibonacci of its entire bull run. $1.86 β†’ $30. Halfway back. This is where bull markets breathe. The business hasn't changed: β†’ AWS paying rent β†’ Google guaranteeing the lease β†’ $9B+ contracted revenue β†’ $745M cash at 0% β†’ 5.3 GW pipeline intact Not one contract cancelled. Anthropic's S-1 reveals $417B in future compute obligations. Deals up to 20 years. $WULF explicitly named as partner. This is the demand that fills $CIFR's pipeline. 22 analysts. Average target: $29.95. Stock: $7.92. November 2: Q3 earnings. Colchis 1GW tenant: still unannounced. December: ERCOT final designations. Here's the thing about AI infrastructure: Nobody predicted Anthropic's numbers 3 years ago either. When the inflection hits β€” it hits fast. $CIFR could look exactly like Anthropic's revenue chart. Flat for a while. Then vertical. Supertrend monthly: $7.69. This is the last technical line. Not financial advice. Just what I see. $WGMI $IREN $WULF $ANT $KEEL $CLSK $APLD

Morgan Stanley on $WULF - β€œAddressing the biggest misconceptions” PSPs are often confused with neoclouds. 1. PSPs enter into 15-20 year leases, rather than 2-3 years for neoclouds 2. Powered shells built by PSPs are less capital-intensive ($9-14/watt, rather than $30-50/watt for the neoclouds) 3. PSPs take no chip risk, they are simply landlords We believe it is instructive to compare PSP stocks with real estate stocks. Many real estate investors use discount rates and cap rates that are much lower than those embedded in PSP valuations. For example, in our base case for WULF (441% upside to our price target), we use a 9% equity discount rate and 7% terminal cap rate on contracts that we expect the company to sign over the next few years.

$CIFR target seems about right.
$CIFR Just a reminder that the wave 3 target for this stock is +50 a share 🎯 The -50% drawdowns are what gives you the +400% moves higher. The fundamentals of $CIFR business did not deteriorate in the past 2 months, the dip is buyable and the AI trade will come back roaring post mid terms πŸ“ˆ

10-Yr bond dropping to below 5 and currently at 4.95. Here you go - this was the positive market news of today. I thought the US10Y was the main reason we were selling capital intensive AI stocks? Revisiting $WGMI again as AI infrastructure stocks like $IREN $CIFR $NBIS and $HUT are approaching an important bottoming window, setting the stage for another major period of price expansion. When I look at the broader technical structure of WGMI, these are the bullish things that stand out: Long-term resistance is becoming support. After spending years building a base beneath the neckline (in white), WGMI finally broke above that resistance in 2025. What's happening now appears consistent with an expanded flat correction, bringing price back to test that same breakout region. Former resistance becoming support is a characteristics of a developing secular uptrend. The entire consolidation since October 2025 has largely occurred ABOVE the multiyear breakout. Despite the volatility and deterioration in sentiment across the sector, price has yet to establish a sustained breakdown beneath the neckline. It looks like an insufferable bear market from a pure sentiment perspective but its proving to be a mid-cycle consolidation within a much larger expansionary structure. The market has spent the past year repricing nearly every conceivable risk. AI infrastructure financing, rising capital requirements, credit quality, DC economics, political uncertainty, and fears of overinvestment. While all legit considerations, after all this, $WGMI is still holding above its 0.887 fib.... The correction is approaching an interesting point of technical exhaustion. Weekly momentum has deteriorated substantially, and the latest price action is revisiting the lower boundary of a potential bullish broadening, or megaphone, formation. The conditions for another reversal are beginning to emerge. Could eventually trade above $200? It's a plausible upside scenario if the sector undergoes another sustained period of expansion, regulatory uncertainty subsides and companies start clearing execution milestones over the next year. Investors may be underestimating the potential magnitude of the next expansion by focusing almost exclusively on the pain of the current correction. We are short power. It will get built. And, until the market proves otherwise, this is an accumulation window rather than evidence that the secular opportunity in AI infrastructure has run its course. @cantonmeow @Fibonacci_TA @Freedom_By_40 @CrypticTrades_ @chad_ventures @acethebulllly
The selloff across AI infrastructure has been relentless, and $WGMI offers a particularly interesting perspective on what's unfolding. Its 5 largest holdings $CIFR , $NBIS , $CRWV , $HUT, and $KEEL represent ~40% of the fund. What we've witnessed over the past several weeks has felt like a controlled demolition of sentiment. Aggressive selling, deteriorating technicals, and mounting concerns over financing and capital intensity have pushed investors toward capitulation. But zoom out and look at what price has actually accomplished. Despite the extraordinary volatility, $WGMI has essentially retraced to the neckline of the multi-year accumulation structure from which it broke out in 2025. And look at the corrective structure that has developed. We appear to be forming an expanded flat correction, with the B-wave exceeding the prior high before the C-wave brought price back toward the original breakout region. That has also created a potential bullish megaphone formation, characterized by expanding price swings around an otherwise constructive longer-term structure. $30 is the macro breakout neckline and a level where I'd want to see buyers establish meaningful support. If it fails, I'd be watching ~$24 at the 0.887 fib. Neither outcome would necessarily invalidate the LT investment thesis. I've also overlaid a fractal from the 2022 bottom to illustrate one potential trajectory over the next 1–2 years. It's not a path I'm suggesting will replicate. It's an illustration of how a prolonged accumulation and corrective structure can eventually transition into another powerful advance. Companies throughout this ecosystem are increasingly converting power access into long-duration compute infrastructure contracts. The opportunity is becoming more tangible, but so are the capital requirements, financing risks, and execution challenges. Markets are now repricing those risks aggressively in a higher-yield environment. The question is whether that repricing has already gone far enough to create attractive asymmetry for investors willing to look beyond the next several quarters. Personally, I think we're approaching that territory. It's difficult to look at the fear, liquidation, and deterioration in sentiment without seeing similarities to April 2025, when several stocks lost important technical levels before subsequently staging extraordinary recoveries. If the secular opportunity in AI and digital power infrastructure is as significant as I believe it is, these are precisely the types of corrections investors should be preparing for, not running away from. @cantonmeow @CrypticTrades_ @Freedom_By_40 @chad_ventures @Fibonacci_TA

$CIFR β€” zooming out 🧡 Monthly chart. Fibonacci retracement. The entire AI data center sector sold off 30%+ last week. $CRWV -40%. $NBIS -35%. $CIFR -33%. This is macro rotation. Not thesis.
