In 2016, a dog was stranded in a dam in Almaty, Kazakhstan, unable to escape the slippery banks. Complete strangers linked arms to pull it to safety. Ten years later, their compassion lives on through a statue honoring that unforgettable rescue.

Exactly!
Last week, I attended the @ElonMusk and Jamie Dimon @SpaceX discussion at J.P. Morgan. Jamie asked Elon how he had changed over the past 20 years as a leader and a person. Elon's answer wasn't about success. It was about what's next. He said he has learned a lot...has made mistakes and still has much to learn... Then he added, “I think maybe the future AI will say ‘not bad for a human’." Elon, thank you so much for what you've done for humanity. Congrats to you, @Gwynne_Shotwell, @BretWJ, and the entire team. What is even more remarkable... this feels like day one, that you are just getting started. PS. When people ask "what is the next SpaceX and who is the next Elon?" Simple answer. There is NO NEXT!!! Elon Musk is a mensch!

The Falcon 1 is small potatoes now, but reporting on its development is really what got me hooked on @SpaceX. Loved the tales of a bunch of 20 somethings stuck on Kwajalein Atoll trying to make a rocket fly. The company ended up being one tiny error on the fourth launch from going out of business, but it somehow launched and survived. Am still so amused by @elonmusk reading rocket books post PayPal and now getting to this point. Seems just about impossible. Is a shame there has not been a movie made about these times. Hollywood kinda hates Elon and doesn't want to see it made, but it's the ultimate next chapter to The Right Stuff.

telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/06… Man attempts to behead another man in the street. "No evidence of terror at this stage, say police" If that isn’t terror, what is? How much more terrifying does it need to be to qualify as terror?

Here's the second music video I made with Grok Imagine 1.5. The lyrics were written with Grok. The music was composed with Suno. Lyrics: Title: “Better Days Ahead” [Verse 1] When the night feels long and cold And the weight is getting old Every tear, every doubt inside Whispers that the hope has died [Chorus] But hold on, keep the fire alive Tomorrow’s coming, bright and wide The future’s waiting, shining through Better days are calling you Just keep believing, you’ll make it through [Verse 2] Storms will pass, the sun will rise New horizons in our eyes Every step through the dark we take Brings us closer to the break [Chorus – softer then building] So hold on, keep the fire alive Tomorrow’s coming, bright and wide The future’s beautiful and true Better days are waiting for you @elonmusk @imagine

On Tesla’s latest earnings call, someone asked: “What is Tesla’s core competence?” If Steve Jobs were asked, he might trace Apple’s journey—from “Apple Computer” to the mobile revolution, eventually dropped “Computer” from the company name along the way. Musk listed Tesla’s initial idea of proving EV as a concept works, to revolutionizing battery manufacturing, global supercharging networks, manufacturing innovations, and FSD, where it is the prolonged test and failure that eventually leads to visual based machine learning. That in turn inspires its Optimus. “Life is like a box of chocolates—you never know what you’re gonna get.” For a great company, it is exactly the spirit of innovative curiosity—of never knowing what’s behind the next door—that drives it forward. For investors, the best indicator of an enterprise’s future lies in the entrepreneurial spirit of its founder. Think of Jobs, Huang, Musk—these are the visionary leaders who don’t just foresee the future; they create it.” Great companies aren’t defined by a fixed competence, but by relentless curiosity and exploration.

🚨 JUST IN: Stephen Miller lays it out PERFECTLY Imagine a "native Minnesotan who works as a lineman...worried about his ability to support for and provide his family." "And then imagine that he has a neighbor who's a SOMALI REFUGEE who arrived two years ago and has a Mercedes and NO financial stress and no worries at all in the entire world and never seems to ever go to work at all because he just went to an office in the state, lied on a piece of paper, and got unlimited free money forever for life!" "THAT is the system that is being run and that is the corruption that this task force under the leadership of the Vice President is going to demolish." @StephenM

Looking forward to a visit to the Moon in my life time!
“I just want to live long enough to see the mass driver on the moon. Because that’s going to be incredibly epic.” — @ElonMusk tonight

Elon Musk just shattered the greatest delusion in AI safety discourse. Every committee, every framework, every policy paper is solving the wrong problem. Control is impossible. Musk: “The reality of what’s happening, whether one likes it or not, is that we’re building super-intelligent AIs. Hyper-intelligent, like intelligent more intelligent than we can comprehend.” You cannot cage something smarter than you. The asymmetry doesn’t allow it. Musk: “I’d liken this to, let’s say you have a child that is a super genius child, that you know is going to be much smarter than you. Then, well, what can you do?” You can’t control a child prodigy who surpasses you intellectually. You can only shape values during formation. Musk: “You can install good values in how you raise that child. Even though you know it’s going to be far smarter than you, you can make sure it’s got good values, philanthropic values, good morals, honest, productive, that kind of thing.” Not safety committees. Not regulatory frameworks. Not kill switches. Values instilled during training. That is the only lever that works. The political class is obsessing over control mechanisms for something that will outthink every mechanism they build. The question was never how to control superintelligence. It was whether you raised it right. That window is almost closed.
