Yesterday, @Harriet_MCR said 'When we say we want things to be 'Community Led', communities can think we expect them to do all the work, but we're here to do that work too' and I thought it was a really clear way of putting one of the main barriers to 'community led' work...
The expectation that communities need to bear the burden of all they want to achieve - especially in communities who are most in need of support - is unrealistic and places the onus on them to fix themselves...
