A major campus laundry installation takes careful coordination and our Hartford team delivered. The team installed 422 new machines across 45 laundry rooms at Yale University, equipped with CSC’s OTA technology. Throughout the project, their expertise and communication helped keep a complex installation moving smoothly. A laundry room transformation powered by teamwork and a commitment to putting the customer first. When an unexpected challenge arose during the Arbor Village installation, our Phoenix team stepped up. They relocated the existing machines, completed the new installation and minimized downtime for residents throughout the process. The team also took time to speak with residents and welcome them to their upgraded laundry room.
