Constructed by CSCEC Malaysia, Pavilion Square’s office tower has completed its main structure ahead of schedule, with the rooftop crane passing inspection. Work on the residential tower remains on track, while structural, M&E and finishing works continue across the site.

On 15 October, the Tenpower Malaysia Phase III Project, undertaken by CSCEC Malaysia, held its groundbreaking ceremony. This marks the third collaboration with the client, following Phases I and II.
Located in Banting Industrial City (BIC), Selangor, the project covers a site area of 40,000 square metres, with a total gross floor area of 78,200 square metres. The main facilities include battery cell manufacturing buildings, formation and ageing workshops, and solid waste storage facilities. Once completed, the project will further enhance the supporting facilities for the lithium battery industry at BIC and strengthen Selangor’s position in the relevant industrial supply chain.
Recently, two CSCEC affordable housing projects in Shenzhen won the Green Project Management Best Practice award at the third Gephson Awards ceremony in Chengdu, China.
The awards ceremony was organized by the American Association of Project Management (AAPM). Both projects feature modular integrated construction (MiC) technology: Huazhang Xinzhu and Anju Jingxinyuan.

Our team in Uzbekistan recently visited the Tashkent Republican Children’s Library and donated over 600 children’s books.
The collection includes bilingual editions of Chinese children’s books and international titles. Chinese and Uzbek writers also joined the event for reading sessions and discussions on children’s literature.

China's Urban Landmark Series | Stop 9: Hengqin Tianmu Qintai
Constructed by China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, the Tianmu Qintai project is located in the heart of the Tianmu River in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. It is adjacent to the University of Macau and close to the Hengqin Port, with a total floor area of approximately 240,000 square metres.
Designed as a new urban destination bringing together culture, business and leisure, the project integrates an urban planning exhibition centre, conference and exhibition facilities, hotels and offices, as well as commercial and cultural tourism spaces. It also features a waterfront pier and a helipad, creating a versatile space for collaboration across industries and cultural exchange between Guangdong and Macao.
The project is a landmark development marking the third anniversary of the establishment of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone and the 25th anniversary of Macao's return to China.
Recently, CSCEC released a brand video for its Up We Build program in Egypt. The video has four chapters: professional skills training, diversified communication platform, women's career development and youth architecture enlightment. It tells the story of Chinese and Egyptian builders growing together and working side by side to build cities.

The Nansha cultural and sports complex, now known as the Greater Bay Area Culture and Sports Center, is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Section 2 of the project has a total floor area of about 290,000 square meters. It comprises a 20,000-seat indoor stadium, a 4,000-seat swimming and diving hall, an athletes' center and supporting facilities.

The rebuilt Huanggang Port is now open! Built by CSCEC, the port integrates passenger clearance, vehicle inspection and transport interchange under one roof. Overall clearance time can be reduced from around 30 minutes to as little as five minutes.
