‘THE EXORCIST: BELIEVER’ opens to an abysmal score of 24% on Rotten Tomatoes. It is the third lowest rated film in the franchise, only beaten by ‘EXORCIST: THE BEGINNING’ at 11% and ‘EXORCIST II: THE HERETIC’ at 9%.

I'd say it's the third best actually, behind Halloween II (1981) and the original
