when i joined @turnkeyhq I was surprised at how many hot infra names were on our customer list
but then i got to know the product better, and it all clicked
Turnkey is your favorite infrastructure’s favorite infrastructure
when designing our platform we made the intentional decision to give developers access to bare metal APIs (instead of just higher level abstractions)
this has made it easy for other infrastructure providers to integrate our wallets into their SDKs. Modern Treasury, Rain, Yellow Card, Bridge, Agora, Lightspark, and more bring Turnkey wallets tailored to their specific users.

Turnkey is on a very short list of crypto startups that are independent, have PMF, have amazing leaders and a great culture, and are continuing to ship relentlessly. I always recommend for folks to join and would be happy to refer folks if I know their work well.
and with that, another insane quarter at @turnkeyhq comes to a close
we officially crossed $200B in stablecoin transaction volume, just 9 months after crossing $100B.
the amount of money moving through our pipes has grown 4x YoY.
at the same time, we’re shipping faster than ever.
this month alone, we launched:
- cross-chain swaps
- onchain yield
- agent secret management
- Arc support from day one
and all of this sits alongside the stack we’ve already built across:
- stablecoin payments
- embedded wallets
- payment orchestration
- agentic wallets
- programmable signing + policies
- enterprise key management
what started as an idea to build better wallet infrastructure is becoming something much bigger.
we want Turnkey to become the layer behind how money moves onchain, whether it’s being moved by a consumer, enterprise, or even an AI agent.
we’re still so incredibly early.
Turnkey Earn unlocks yield on idle balances. Game Changer.
Check out how it works for our users 👀
Turnkey Earn allows platforms to let their users generate yield on idle balances.
Platforms set their own fees, and every user has access to DeFi yield vaults in-app.
With Turnkey Earn, everyone wins. @LewellenMichael explains how:
a bullish founding story, if i’ve ever heard one 😎
sharing the full story of how I started Turnkey:
in 2022, i was working at Trade Republic, now the largest neobroker in Europe, where i led the launch of their crypto offering.
at the time, we were evaluating different wallet infrastructure providers and got on a call with one of the bigger names in the industry. the entire process was INSANELY slow.
there were weeks of back and forth, multiple calls, and we couldn’t even get sandbox access until we were deep into the sales process.
i remember leaving those calls thinking to myself that if crypto was actually going to become mainstream, this couldn’t be how developers built products.
wallet infrastructure needed to be:
- self serve & open
- built for developers & easy to integrate
- flexible across use cases
you shouldn’t need weeks of sales calls just to figure out if you a product is going to work for you.
so I realized there was a massive gap in the market. from there things happened fast. my co founder and I put together a deck (peep the old logo on the first slide) about building "Turnkey Wallet Infrastructure," shared it with a few friends to see what they thought, and a week later had a $7.5M term sheet for our seed.
that became @turnkeyhq.
today, we’ve grown into one of the leading wallet infrastructure providers for companies building crypto and stablecoin products.
if there was 1 piece of advice i could give to founders:
you don't need to lock yourself away to start a company. instead, pay very close attention to the things that frustrate you. if you keep running into the same problem with a vendor, product, or industry process, there’s a good chance others are dealing with it too.
if something feels broken, go build the better version.

kinda excited to see what this does for the consumer crypto category
Zora was one of the few design forward crypto projects built with taste, and Polymarket appears to be building the team for serious scale (recent VP Ops hire, etc.) 👀
Calling all crypto twitter.
I'm proud to announce that Jacob Horne @js_horne has joined Polymarket. He will be working closely with me on product, in particular making Polymarket DeFi great again.
Jacob is amongst the best product and innovation minds in crypto. Before this, he was CEO of Zora. He built multiple beautiful products (I was one of the first users of the first version in 2020). Now he's got the PMF and distribution of Polymarket. I'm so excited to work with him.
We'll be hosting a Polymarket DeFi town hall soon to hear from our longtime users and lay out the plan to make the Polymarket DeFi product the best it’s ever been. In the meantime, DM your feedback to @js_horne or me and we'll action it.
To the DeFi community, we know the performance of the onchain product has waned as we've scaled, and it hurts us to hear the frustration of the people who love Polymarket and have supported us for so long thinking we’ve pivoted all focus to US, but just know we're working behind the scenes to unify the products and make Polymarket better than ever, across all surface areas.
if you’re an enterprise fintech adding stablecoins, choosing the right wallet infrastructure provider is one of the most important decisions you’ll make
here are 6 reasons why you should use @turnkeyhq:
1. we already power hundreds of enterprise customers including @polymarket, @raincards, @stablecoin, @moderntreasury, @anchorage and @flutterwave
2. we’ve processed over $200b in stablecoin transactions across 150M+ wallets
3. we offer sub-100ms signing built for high-volume payment flows
4. our architecture keeps private keys from ever being exposed
5. our APIs and SDKs are built to make integration as simple & flexible as possible
6. our engineering team works closely with you to help you ship at scale
if you’re looking for a stablecoin infrastructure provider that will work 1:1 with your team as you start your crypto journey, send me a DM
happy to chat
this guy !! 💯💯💯
hi i’m Bryce!
Looking to be more active on X, so here's an intro
> based in nyc, but have lived in atl, paris, sf, berlin
> first PM at Coinbase Custody
> helped scale it from $0 → $100B+ in assets
> co-founder & CEO of @TurnkeyHQ
> processed $200B+ in stablecoin volume
> obsessed with making crypto infra simpler
bullish on stablecoins, agentic payments, programmable finance, and bringing the next billion users onchain.
will be sharing more of what we’re learning building Turnkey, thoughts on where crypto infrastructure is headed, and the occasional founder ramble.
if you’re building in crypto, fintech, payments, or AI, say hi :-)

Your agents can now take actions on behalf of users without ever holding the credentials
Passwords, keys, and tokens never touch the agent's runtime or context
Soon this will be table stakes for enterprise buyers
To access the beta or follow along: turnkey.com/agent-auth-beta
new thing we’ve been building at @turnkeyhq: agent auth.
agents need credentials to do useful work. right now this means giving them passwords, api keys, oauth tokens, even totp seeds. this gives the agent far more access than the action actually requires
for years, turnkey has secured millions of private keys using verifiable TEE infrastructure. underneath that is a generic system for credentials, auth and policies, with human and machine authenticators, consensus, temporary and revocable access, and a full audit trail
now we are opening up these primitives for agent builders.
the end user keeps sovereignty over their credentials while giving builders a way to easily grant scoped access based on the action it needs to take.
a lot of agent builders are not thinking about security yet, but we think this becomes a critical product differentiator very soon. we want to make doing it correctly the easy path.
many of the pieces are already live:
•agents can retrieve encrypted secrets under programmable policies, including consensus and temporary or revocable access
•they can sign git commits and authenticate over ssh without holding the underlying private keys
•and of course if you want your agent to pay for things over crypto rails, turnkey already secures the wallets and enforces the policies for that too
what’s next: we’re looking for agent builders who want to help shape what comes next. reach out or sign up below

The orgs that survive bear markets are the ones that built culture during the bull market, not just headcount.
Everyone's hiring fast when capital is cheap. Building systems, rituals, and standards that hold when the market turns is rare.
When charts crash and half your team is suddenly questioning why they're there? Culture holds it down.
CLARITY Act vote is tomorrow, this could be for defi what GENUIS was for stablecoins.
I've been in crypto since 2014, I've watched this industry operate without rules, squashed by the wrong rules, and as though no rules were coming (when they clearly were...).
The companies that will benefit the most are the ones that built like they were already regulated, they're just waiting for the world to catch up. 👀

"They don't care about this" is a sad state of affairs for TEE apps/devs. Conclusion: almost all of them use TEEs as a "security badge", without reproducible builds.
arxiv.org/abs/2609.11411v1
(reminder: remote attestations are _useless_ without reproducible builds: quorum.tkhq.xyz/posts/remote…)
----
IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY! This is a clear tooling gap IMO, and @turnkeyhq is solving this:
- StageX made reproducible builds easy: quorum.tkhq.xyz/posts/reprod…
- Turnkey Verifiable Cloud (TVC) solved the infra + key management portion of TEE deployment: docs.turnkey.com/features/ve…
- Simple template to start using TEEs correctly: github.com/tkhq/tvc-template
probably an unpopular opinion, but this is good
crypto companies need to get better at admitting when an experiment didn't work
the Base social experiment flopped, so they've changed direction. it's not an all out failure, the thesis just changed 🤷♀️ it's called having product strategy

Excited to bring Upshift vaults to @turnkeyhq
Turnkey powers 50M+ embedded wallets and millions of onchain transactions every week. Now, wallets built on Turnkey can make institutional-grade yield accessible directly where users already hold and manage their assets.
Distribution unlocked such that yield is natively available inside the wallet.
Congrats to the Turnkey team on Earn launch — excited to build together.
August USDC V2 vault is available through @turnkeyhq Earn from day one.
Teams building on Turnkey can switch the vault on and their users earn USDC yield in-app. It lends USDC on @Morpho against Upshift vault receipt tokens and other collateral.
Composable Earn, live in Turnkey.
vaults vaults VAULTS!
Turnkey Earn now gives you access to @Morpho Vaults! 🦋
Provide your users with an entire marketplace of third-party curated vaults, right inside your product. Offer onchain yield, set your own fee on the yield those deposits generate, and create a new revenue stream for your business.
Civilization: 90% chance of survival per to AI labs
probably an optimistic read 🙃
the researcher who just quit Anthropic over safety concerns has a diff number I’m sure
Anyway. While the big brains sort out AGI alignment, your agents shouldn’t have unchecked signing authority.
Turnkey.
