Why did @Keir_Starmer point to red tape stopping the development of roads, train lines, warehouses and data centres, BUT make zero mention of the piles of Brexit paperwork facing those doing business with the EU.  
✅ As the UK’s post-Brexit reset with the bloc continues, the PM could secure an easy win by chasing alignment with the EU in areas like food and environmental standards and carbon taxes.
