At CONECT, we are an independent organization, where our member congregations and institutions own and direct the organization. All member congregations and institutions pay annual dues to sustain the organization.

A couple of weekends ago, we hosted three CONECT Leadership Trainings in Spanish at St. Rose of Lima Community Center in Meriden.
Participants created compelling and beautiful collages to showcase what was discussed.

A couple of weeks ago, we held a #RelationshipBuilding Training to bring together our Norwalk community and teach about relational power and relationship building.
Huge shoutout to Charlie Delgado, for leading a training session for the first time!
#WeCONECT
At CONECT, we believe in collective power that is built through the consistent and persistent cultivating of relationships between and among the leaders and members in our congregations and institutions.
Strong, sustained relationships established over time with integrity and trust are the building blocks of our collective power that can lead to transformative change.
Through ongoing relational conversations, we actively listen to the challenges facing our families and communities. These conversations guide us as we craft our action agenda, ensuring that our efforts are grounded in the real needs of those we serve.
#HowWeCONECT
The stigma of a criminal record deeply affects mental well-being.
For returning citizens, these records pose obstacles to stable employment, housing, and access to support services. The weight of past convictions can lead to feelings of hopelessness and isolation.
By enforcing Clean Slate, returning members of the community are offered redemption, dignity is reclaimed, self-worth is restored, and barriers to rebuilding their lives are removed, offering them hope and faith in their future.
