.@yaahc_ gave a heartfelt talk about the Rust community, what drew her to it, and what made her stay. If you organise programming communities, I'd recommend giving it a watch to get ideas of how you can make your spaces more welcoming and keep people engaged in them.

Not infrequently when I go to meetups or conferences I feel I could have better spent my time elsewhere, but that's never the case at rust confs and @COGoldRust was certainly no exception. Had a great time and already looking forward to the next! 🦀
