That is how prolilic these 2 are, Eminem continued to be relevant for several years, previously having outrapped Jay Z in "Renegade".
Jay Z has no selling point to have biopic of him released, even a posthumous one would be irrelevant - compare that with Pac's "All Eyez On Me" & Biggie's "Notorious".
