That is the number that I am trying... over and over and over again. It keeps saying that there are unusually long hold times and then.... beep, beep, beep. I am disconnected.

That number, option 3, "we are currently experiencing unusually long hold times", Spanish guitar music and then beep, beep, beep after after an usually long hold time.
