Top tip: make the time everyday to do a ritual for yourself, even if it's just sitting down with a cup of coffee 😌 or doing squats while you brush your teeth! @tashwillcocks #CMripple

Tash started writing positive quotes/thoughtful Qs like "let it hurt then let it go" and "how do you feel?" on ceramic tiles and leaving them around Manchester - they created a ripple on social media and helped create little moments of hope and joy 🌞 @tashwillcocks #CMripple
