ઈઝરાયલ જઈ રહેલ ફ્લાઈટના પાયલટ કેપ્ટન સ્મિત મચ્છરના સાહસને આજે આખી દુનિયા સલામ કરી રહી છે. હુમલાના કારણે લોહીલુહાણ હોવા છતા તેમણે અદમ્ય સાહસ દાખવીને 174 મુસાફરોના જીવ બચાવ્યા, એ વાત અત્યંત પ્રેરણાદાયી અને સરાહનીય છે. મૂળ ગુજરાતના આ વીર સપૂતે પોતાના શૌર્યથી સમગ્ર વિશ્વમાં ગુજરાત અને દેશનું નામ રોશન કર્યું છે. તેમની રગોમાં વહેતી ગુજરાતી ખુમારી પર આપણને સૌને અત્યંત ગર્વ છે. તેમના આ અસાધારણ શૌર્ય અને માનવતાના કાર્યને સન્માનવા માટે, ગુજરાત સરકાર કેપ્ટન સ્મિત મચ્છરને 'વિશિષ્ટ ગુજરાત ગરિમા એવોર્ડ' થી સન્માનિત કરશે. સમગ્ર ગુજરાત તેમના ઝડપથી સાજા થવા માટે પ્રાર્થના કરી રહ્યું છે. દેશવાસીઓની સંવેદના અને પ્રાર્થના કેપ્ટન સ્મિત મચ્છરની સાથે છે.

It was a pleasure to meet a group of energetic youth from Karnataka in Gandhinagar today, who are doing commendable work across various fields through social media. These youth are visiting Gujarat with a keen interest in exploring both the State’s development and its rich heritage. During their visit, they explored Gujarat’s tourist destinations, pilgrimage sites and globally benchmarked developments such as GIFT City. They were deeply impressed by what they witnessed and also appreciated the cleanliness of public spaces, as well as the efficiency of schools, hospitals and civic amenities. They were eager to learn how Gujarat is contributing to the vision of a ‘Viksit Bharat @ 2047’ under the guidance of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji. These youth have an important role to play in creating greater awareness among people through social media and inspiring participation in the journey towards a Viksit Bharat. I appreciated their efforts and wished them a bright and successful future.
