Yes, you have challenged me to think bigger and now I can see what happens when we do! I am Steve Radley literate! @SteveRadley3 馃榿
Great meeting with @CMLCOLLECTIVE today. I so enjoy our conversations. Christina has learned how to read my weird way of thinking when we are dreaming big and can turn it into actionable, transformative work. NetWorked is a great example. Check it out. networkedforchange.com/
A few more loans approved ($100k+), a little conference completed (150 people+ & unlike any recent experiences in KS) & a whole lot of impact made. My little corner of the world is so vibrant right now. #cmlcollective #letscreate
And that was just March & April. 鈿★笍Dining w/these bosses was icing on the cake as we get ready to head into May! Let's go! #cmlcollective

"What does more trust make possible?" Good, deep question by Damon Young at today's @ChamberWichita Chair's Lunch
$287.6k... the amount of microloans awarded to minority biz in Wichita in programs I have participated in or created since 2018. 2 payoffs. No defaults. Few late pays. Most w/no collateral & credit scores starting at 540. It can be done. #letscreate
I credit @KSfidelitybank, @CityofWichita, esp. @BJohnsonICT, @networkkansas esp. @SteveRadley3, @EmpriseBank,
@evergypower, @INTRUSTBank & @McCownGordon for the previous stat. Their funding commitments made this happen.
More to come!
It has been a good week! The team came up w/ the addition of Desiree' Allen & @alejo_cabral_ . We will get this good break in then watch us work! #letscreate
