The 48th Annual Spud kicks off at the Bell Aliant Centre with a 4:30 pm U11 matchup.
Other action today includes U13 and U16 games following the U11 opener on Rink A.
On Rink B, there's a U13 tilt followed by back-to-back U16 games starting at 5:00 pm.
