She was started on steroids and given hx of being an RN and indeterminate TB testing, is being treated for latent TB with a 9 month course of isoniazid and B6. HLH was heavily considered, but Still's felt to be more likely. #FOAMed #MedEd #InternalMedicine #CMCIM
