Today, we filed to block the Trump-Vance admin’s sweeping suspension of immigrant visa processing for people from 75 countries – on behalf of immigrant families, workers, and legal assistance groups.
The Trump-Vance admin’s unprecedented suspension on processing immigrant visas from 75 countries is discriminatory, harmful, and as unAmerican as it gets. It will separate families, undermine U.S. economic interests, and restrict pathways to lawful immigration.
We will see them in court.
