Until the owner sells & all employees invovled are gone, I hope the Saints never win another football game.
Emails among Saints + Pelicans executives, New Orleans' Catholic archdiocese, and a sitting federal judge show how the teams tried to help the church soften critical media coverage amid a metastasizing clergy child molestation scandal. W/@davidhammerwwl | theguardian.com/us-news/ng-i…

Again, I don't like how the Ravens handled it, but they didn't break any rules. The NFL is 24/7/365. This legal tampering period is all about continuous engagement. Start the league year on a Monday. No legal tampering time. Don't announce things until they're official.

Biggest reason for the Steelers’ historically low marks: facilities and Acrisure Stadium field.
ESPN’s @kalynkahler obtained this year’s NFLPA report card results, and it’s not great for the Steelers. For the first time in the survey’s four-year history, Pittsburgh’s overall grade came in last place among all 32 teams. espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/4804…

News: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled that the PA Usage Fee (a jock tax in Pittsburgh) is unconstitutional. #NHLPA and Kyle Palmieri were named among the appellees. Key text: Pittsburgh could not justify why they were taxing nonresident athletes and entertainers more than resident athletes and entertainers. Visiting players were taxed 3% on their day’s earnings for every road game in Pittsburgh. Players will soon receive refunds from their pre-emptive filings.

I worked hard for 18 years to help bring a Major League Baseball team to Denver. I will spend the rest of my life helping to bring a Major League Baseball team to Denver.

The Braves struck out 19 times, which tied the franchise record for a nine-inning game. The Blue Jays made history by striking out 19 batters in a nine-inning game for the first time ever. There's an off day tomorrow.

Trump and Vance act as if the problem is that Ukraine is resisting an ongoing Russian invasion. The problem is the ongoing Russian invasion. If they want to use American power to stop the war, apply it to the aggressor. Abusing the victim is not going to end a war of aggression.

This presser was a horror show. Ukraine will not have US support going forward, because Trump and Vance are completely lost. Europe will step-up and this war will continue. Trump blew this bigger than any foriegn policy folly in recent history.
