Third generation citizenry should be mandatory when vetting for public service positions. Government, military, police, immigration services, education, etc.
It is a blatantly obvious route for corruption if you let people born outside the country into positions of power.

It's rather telling when there are so many immigrants in your country, that more often than not the people you meet are surprised when you say you were born in it.
It should be standard for countries to have these policies regarding immigration:
Origin country's living standards are equal or better than their own.
Political positions and government jobs are not given to 1st or 2nd generation immigrants.
One day, the average descendant of Humans will only know what Earth looks like if they put in some effort to find a picture of it in a history archive. As long as their governing body holds the true history of humans as sacred.
